Our client raised a grievance against her employer for bullying and discrimination and wasn’t happy with the outcome. It was claimed that her employer failed to make reasonable adjustments for her disability and didn’t understand or investigate her grievances. Our client felt that the company were trying to constructively dismiss her and so she wanted to leave with a fair settlement including a good reference.
